Warm Box Project

Winter is around the corner. And most of us are on our way to shopping malls to buy warm clothes; new, trendy and costly.

Just turn around and see. There are many who go without warm clothes. Amongst that unlucky lot you find artists, artisans and craftspeople from under privileged areas in our country.

You may be doing a bit of spring cleaning now. Why don’t you donate your old but decent warm clothes to the ones who really need them?

MATI (Management of Art Treasures of India) along with Art Konsult Gallery and Art and Deal Magazine, has initiated a project, The Warm Box Project, at the Art Konsult Gallery, F-213 B, First Floor, SIS House, Lado Sarai, New Delhi, to collect old warm clothes from you.

These warm clothes will be sent to the under privileged art communities in Bengal and Orissa and also to the flood affected areas in Orissa and Andhra . MATI has been involved in a few rehabilitation programs for artists, artisans and craftspeople in these two states.

Please bring and drop these woolens at Art Konsult Gallery before 5th December’13.

Let this winter be of your kindness
