Harkat@MATI

MATI along with Inder Salim presents “HARKAT@MATI”- A series of performance art events.

The intent is to facilitate Performance Art by individuals or groups at our gallery space. The simple philosophy, here, in ‘ the present’, is to bring practitioners of different disciplines in the same space and create relaxed interactive sessions.

Inder Salim “During liminal periods of all kinds, we may donate a thinking period to the genre called Performance Art, to engage ” the haal ” (the present) of us not only with one’s physical presence but with any material or sign that surrounds us all the time.”
